Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Halden Decor. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
We currently ship within South Africa.
• Standard Shipping: R90.00 — delivery in 5 to 8 business days
• Free Shipping: on all orders over R550 — delivery in 5 to 8 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier delays beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. If you haven’t received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at haldendecor@gmail.com .
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We’re unable to redirect parcels once they’ve been dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will typically attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a local depot for collection. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipping (additional fees may apply).
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email] with photos of the packaging and item.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please email us with your order number so we can follow up with the courier.
Public Holidays and Sale Periods
Please note that delivery may take longer than usual during public holidays, sale events (e.g., Black Friday), and the festive season due to high courier volumes.
